Got frustrated with their incompetent service. Completely waste and inefficient people are working here. For simple task they make us visit their office again and again. Outdated company process. They have lost the cancellation request letter which I have submitted and made it worse. Unnecessarily made me pay for the broadband which was suspended for the past 2 months.
