I had visited Karnataka Agency Hassan on 9th Jan 2020 at 1PM as my Alturas G4 was making some noise in the back wheel from the time I was driving from Bengaluru with my family, felt the need to get it checked. Alturas G4 was driven only 4000 Kms and was feeling highly uncomfortable with the sound. The moment I reached Karnataka Agency Hassan and asked for support to check the vehicle, the staff was very courteous & helpful, within minutes the Technical Manager & QC were available to take a test ride to check what was the problem. My family were made to seat in the comfortable customer lounge. With the test ride, they could identify the issue to the LH wheel nuts not being tightened to the right amount of torque due to which the wheel was hitting the wheel cap. In a previous incident, due to a puncture, the spare wheel was fitted by RSA team who had not tightened the bolts as per the required torque had led to this issue. The service bay was full with all the bays being used for service, however as I was travelling with my family, the staff made some arrangements to use one of the bays and fix the vehicle in flat 10 minutes. The problem was explained and told how it was fixed too. Finally as short test ride to ascertain the problem was indeed fixed. I was driving out of the service center by 1:30PM. I would like to thank Karnataka Agency Hassan for fixing the issue so proactively & also making sure my travel is not delayed. Highly appreciate the proactiveness of the staff, especially TM Sri. Ranjan & QC Sri. Shwedhan who ensured to make sure the vehicle gets fixed with pin point accuracy. I would highly recommend Karnataka Agency Hassan for all Mahindra Owners.

One of the worst service I have ever had in a service centre. The crew won't respond to the customers properly. The follow up of the booked vehicle is also bad. Once the money is deposited into their account the customer relationship ends. If we go there with any issues regarding the vehice they make us wait for hours together. There is only one person ( Babu) who has to take care of all the complaints. Very much disappointed with Mahindra service. In the nutshell, one can say horrible customer service.

Service manager-fernandaz is not suitable for this designation.he asks us why you brought your vehicle here go to other service center as service advisor nanda Kishore joins him...when they identified one issue both were not able to address..same was instructed to take other service place. security person says that MD is not allowing to take the vehicles for service.. service manager makes a conversation that he is not willing to speak to the customers..not at all recommended....
