Full bribe people only. Without bribe nothing happens.... All dealings happens thru brokers..
Related worker not available at reception, preference given to broker's only. The people don't come through broker not taken seriously, there service is intensionally delayed. For one star also it is not eligible.

Worst service. Office opens at 10:45. Workers are slower than sloth. Careless people. Oh well what else can we expect, after all it's a government office
I have very bad experience in this office. It's very difficult to get DL . Because half day is standing in a Q for fees paying , document verification and signature in different Q's . And it's difficult to get DL without broker.Department and it's bad rules playing with people's valuable time. So department need to improve its working way .related officers make it people's friendly. Other wise better to make it privatise.
