When you buy new vehicle they will not take photos with new vehicle. They will give new vehicle as if we are taking vehicle from service. There is no follow up on vehicle registration and they will not do any follow up on name plate and no follow on services. Every time we have call and check the status. Zero/ worst customer satisfaction service.

Initial visit was good and sales team was very informative and explain all the details, able to decide on which model to buy because of their information. But we waited for 4 hours to get the bike delivered after payment. Instead of attending customer entire staff went to celebrate their manager birthday.

It is a business place , should have some concern about customers , no body comes to attend you , and staffs not even offer a chair for you , Honda sales might be good , but definitely I won’t refer or buy it this showroom , no friendly environment .

worst employees, need to be updated. They dont have culture. especially in service and repair . They dont have time sense they make people to wait for no reason.worst quality products are used.they will get beaten up by the customers one day for sure.
