Indeed, a nice building. I visited here to get my car insurance. I have not compared the insurance cost with other agencies however, I felt a warm presentation of Ethias insurance to me. I especially admired the design of the building.

Geldwolven, doen niks voor hun klanten. Als je ze contacteert, krijg je geen respons. Alles behalve bekwaam of professioneel.

Kantoor Eeklo gesloten zonder inspraak klanten, hier had je een uitstekende service. Afhandeling schadegevallen : 1. Brandverzekering : er is geen betere (na 2x condens veluxvenster en 1 X hagelschade) 2. Assistance wagen : belabberd (geen pechverhelping, wagen wordt gewoon weggetakeld). Klacht na schandelijke afhandeling wagen zoon in Duitsland 3. Autoverzekering met omnium : best dat je deze NIET nodig hebt, anders ontgoochelend. Klacht na duidelijk kleurverschil spuitwerk. Dienst klachtenbeheer werkt niet goed, andere partijen (garage en hersteller)worden geloofd ipv klant die recht heeft op antwoord en perfecte service. Betere opvolging klachten gewenst.
