Recently visited this shop to buy a nice shelf that I saw on their website. According to the website, hasselt shop has the stock. I came here to buy that shelf after seeing them having the stock and they refused to sell me the product because it was a showroom model. The manager told me to order it online, that's the only way, which I have to pay extra 59 for delivery!!! It's ridiculous!! I spend 1 hour driving, knowing that they have the stock and I was refused of their service. It's wrong advertisement (they don't have the stock, they lure you to shop to only be asked to order on-line and pay more), bad management. Rude customer service. I am not turning back!
