I reserved a table for two this place because I am vegan and my wife is flexitarian. The menu is very diverse. We ordered two surprise menus but unfortunately even after 1 hour waiting none of our food was served, nor did we get any appetizers / bread. Friendly staff. We won’t return there.
After seeing the good rating and looking at their website, this seemed like a good place to have a meal with my vegetarian friend. The prices and the repeated use of the words \culinary\ and \gastronomic\ created the expectation of a higher-then-average quality standard. Unfortunately the place did not deliver by far. My dish was lukewarm and tasted just OK (not very bad, but far from gastronomic). I am usually not the one to give negative reviews, especially since the hostess was super friendly. However the current star rating is just plain deceiving. Manage your expectations in order to not be disappointed.

The best restaurant in Hasselt for vegetarians. They have a huge menu compared to other restaurants where you'd find a pity one or two veggie options.

Op 6/11 hebben we met ons 2tjes enorm genoten van het afhaal-3gangendiner van de Preuverie! In deze vreemde Corona-tijden toch een lichtpunt aan de hemel. Voor- en nagerecht waren piekfijn op bordjes gedresseerd en het hoofdgerecht had maar minimale bereiding nodig. Zo hadden we thuis toch een beetje een restaurant-ervaring! Zoals altijd is de Preuverie ook prijs-kwaliteit-hoeveelheid echt top! We hebben goed en lekker gegeten voor een (h)eerlijke prijs. Dank je wel!
