1 star because I cannot put 0. Second bad experience, this time the technician does not want to repair the coffee machine (under warrantee) because he claims that the water tank is too dirty (and the issue is not even with the tank). And not only that but they want me to pay 40 EUR for this brilliant work even though it was not specified that the client would have to pay if the warrantee is refused. I really hope they go bankrupt as such companies are a shame. PS: SEB should chose its partners more carefully or its clients will chose another company.

650 euro Samsung Monitor. I went to pick up my monitor in person. After checking it i noticed that the back panel has a gap from the main frame. The person told me that there is nothing they can do and that is the way plastic reacts, it breaks. Horrible experience. Update at the owner's request SORD21001497. A few add ons to my repair. I wasn't even allowed to visually inspect my monitor at pick up in the store so I had to do it the car, the shop was empty when requested and no other people were waiting outside. At home I discovered that there is also a cable that is poorly routed and if I attach the cable cover the locking clip will press on that cable, see photo before the service and after. This being a gaming monitor I use it in games a lot. Now the colors are faded and the balance between dark and white in HDR is not the same, faded colors, burned white areas. I have contacted Servilux by e-mail and I was told a complaint was filed, from this moment I didn't get any replies back. I did send pictures with all my issues with no response. Called the repair service and I was told to bring the monitor back in, no shipping label was provided. I had to call to get this information. Another update I left the sord number in my comment as requested by the owner, 5 days later nobody got in touch with me. My email and phone number are linked to that number. Left the monitor in for repair the second time. The back cover was changed with 9ne that has the logo unglued, probably from another monitor. The screen was changed as well but I do experience the same image quality issues. I did a side by side comparison with another monitor of the same model and there is a visible difference between colors and brightness. The Samsung G7 comes factory calibrated and the comparison was done using the same settings.
Appointment canceled the same day. After re-schedualing a burn in Oled screen was replaced ... If I was not technical or not paying attention I had a burned in Television. Very dishonest.
One of the worst company I had to deal with, they just change one day before our appointment (made one week before) with just the most commercial explaination \it's not possible and you do not have the choice\ No way to talk with them. Avoid them is the best advice i can give you

This is certainly a place to avoid. I'll make a long story short.... I ordered some parts for a kitchen appliance. They accepted the order, we paid and then they disappeared. After a few weeks, I contacted them and got as response that they didn't have the parts and didn't know when the parts would arrive. After a couple of ignored emails and calls, I decided to cancel the order and ask refund. Then, they sent me another invoice with a new value! Again, after a couple of emails and calls (more than a month), I got my money back. Very stressful, disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm surprised this company still operates.

This is the worse service company I have come across. Our Kuppersbusch oven has stopped heating. After more than 3 weeks they sent a technician. He poked around, said there was nothing wrong, he got the oven to heat, put it back in its place and was paid 170. Next day, the oven is not working. We call back, they say they will send a technician but we will have to pay him again. Agree to this as we need the technician and I figured I could argue about the money later. Waited at home all day and at 17.19 got a message that we were not home. I guess he just wanted to get home early and decided to just not stop by. I am furious!
