The personnel is very friendly and try to help the best they can but the big problem here is that you need to stay in a queue and wait your turn which means that if you know exactly what you want you can't just come in purchase and go pay for it.... So if there are 6 or more clients in front of you who need advice and reflexion it could take you an hour

Phones cannot be compared since they are all locked in a glass compartment. The reason for visiting a physical store is the ability to see products in real life fast and easy, I don't understand this policy at all.
