I have been taking my bedding to Smarty's for almost 2 years, ever since we moved into the area. I have always been very happy with the quality of the service. But today I went to collect my laundry- for which I usually pay 12.90 on collection, and the ticket was marked 12.90, but I was in fact charged 17. There was no point in arguing with the kind and polite woman who works there, it was not her fault and she also seemed dismayed. I have left another batch there, to collect next week, but if they do not reduce the price - and I will accept a small increase, even to 14, but this 4.10 is ourageous - and if I am still charged 17, it will be my last visit to Smartys. I can only vote with my feet. Hence the low rating.

Great shirt service. 1.95 a Shirt is almost half of what I used to pay to my old dry cleaner. amazing job.
