Came in early for the appointment. 20 plus minutes later, still waiting. Same thing happened last year too. This is why people don't want to go to the doctor, irregardless of which type of doctor they are.
I have waited many weeks for an appointment here after asking over the phone if my insurance is accepted and being told it was and filling out my insurance information on their online forms. After arriving and handing my insurance card over I'm told it's not accepted. I have been getting headaches and needed this appointment today! Wish I would have scheduled elsewhere! So disappointed in Advanced Eye Care! They need to know what insurance they accept from the get-go!!!
