Brilliant getting my first session in with Alex yesterday! As a result of surgery earlier this year i have been experiencing muscular problems in one of my legs and have tried multiple osteopath sessions, but have not made any progress. Alex took time to discuss everything with me and diagnose the problem. He then set about working on the main area of pain and manipulating the muscles that have been the source of the pain. Today I have woken up with an increased range of movement and have been given a series of stretches to keep up with. Finally feel like I'm getting somewhere THANKS ALEX!

Such a professional guy. Really got to the main problems. Great at communicating. Warm and welcoming approach. For women who are concerned about a man doing a massage, you have nothing to worry about, very decent and caring. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and such a nice guy. After just the first session and explaining where it hurt he knew what was going on started working on the problem and I left the session feeling 10 years younger, follow up sessions have meant that the pain that was once persistent is practically gone!! Will continue to work with Alex, body feels like new and I’m able to confidently try new activities without a fear of pain anymore. Thanks Alex!!

I'll be honest, I seldom take the time to bother writing reviews but I am making an exception because I was so delighted with my first visit to Alex today. He was in no way intimidating, it was very relaxed and I was totally at ease. He listened to me and despite my terrible descriptions of the type and source of my pain, he understood and totally nailed where it was and explained why it was. Yes, it hurt, but a good hurt, like a this is going to hurt to make you better hurt. And because Alex took the time throughout the treatment to explain everything he was doing it made it easier. I will be going back and I fully recommend Alex.
