Tim has just finished my latest project, which was converting a dilapidated 6-storey Grade 2 Listed townhouse into 5 separate flats. It was an enormous task and Tim project-managed it amazingly well. Despite Covid-19 constraints, Tim made sure every element of the build was done to perfection and is always on the end of the phone should any challenges arise. He's also very good at thinking of alternative solutions in tricky situations; he's a very positive and lovely guy who actually cares about his and his team's quality of work. Tim and his team did a great job completely renovating my old, outdated bathroom to a beautiful space which I now can't keep out of. Tim was both reliable and professional and gave good ideas to solve tricky problems. His own work is of a high quality and he only uses trades people who mirror this. The plumber, Kim, is excellent at what she does and is a lovely person too, the plasterer did a fantastic job and the electrician was great too. I was particularly impressed at the organisation of the job, everyone turned up when they were supposed to and Tim co-ordinates all of this really well. He also kept me updated about what was going on and when things didn't quite go to plan. I would highly recommend Tim and his team and will definitely use him again in the future.
