Working on neighbours property they dropped a pole damaging my front door, planter and render. They were rude, climbed on my roof without permission, blocked my car in and shouted at passers by. Didn't turn up as arranged to mend the damage. Eventually saw the boss who promised to replace the very expensive Italian planter, that was the last I saw of them. Scaffolding was made safe after I contacted the HSE with my concerns which revealed how unsafe it had been before. They have a reputation for being cheap and it would seem you get what you pay for, proceed with caution.
