I recently put in an offer for my first flat with Andrews in Hastings and I'm very pleased to have gone with them because their service is prompt, polite, and helpful. Less than 24 hours after emailing to express interest in a property and listing the attributes I was looking for in a property in the area, Scott called me to introduce himself, listen to the reasons why I was looking to buy in Hastings, and delve deeper into the kind of thing I wanted. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to come up with a list of properties I could be interested in and how attentive he was, emailing me further properties as they were listed. He put me in touch with Sean who is helping me find a suitable mortgage, and the pair of them are happy to answer all my (many) questions promptly. When showing me around properties, Scott gave me honest answers to my questions about the properties themselves, the areas they were in, and the local amenities, which has helped me make an informed decision. So far, I have been very impressed with the service provided by Andrews and am looking forward to keeping the ball rolling with them now my offer had been accepted.

My partner and I had the house we were living in sold and we have been struggling to find somewhere else. I phoned Andrews asking after a property to rent. Unfortunately for us it wasn't available. I got a bit upset as I was worried about being homeless and the lady from the lettings department on the end of phone took time out of her day to talk to me, explain things and offer a sympathic ear. She was so helpful and kind and understanding. So put me at ease and calmed me down and for the first time in a few weeks I had hope and smiled. I ended the phone call feeling positive. I then sent an email to say thank you and had a lovely gentleman, Scott, who called me to check on me and express his thanks for my email. I can not recommend this estate agent enough, their customer care is second to none. And despite being unable to rent through them they have offered help and advice. I can not express my gratitude enough Thank you

We asked more than 1 estate agent to value our house and went with Andrews as we felt Scott Rea was the most interested in us and our plans rather than just our property. Unfortunately we went 'live' 3 days before lockdown but throughout that period Adam Toubi kept us posted with progress and continued to market our property. After restrictions were lifted Scott found us a buyer very quickly and we exchanged contracts at the end of August. I would recommend Andrews to any potential seller

Andrews estate agents were very hands on, nothing was too much trouble. Scott Rea was good in keeping everyone informed in how the sale was proceeding chasing buyers, solicitors and seller. A good service, money well spent for a good outcome.

I discussed renting a property for myself with Alison Hurkett at the Hastings Branch. Despite it clearly being a very busy period, Alison took the time to listen to my requirements and provided helpful advice on possible next steps. Although I eventually ended up letting elsewhere, I would recommend Andrews as definitely worth visiting as their professionalism, candour and responsiveness stood out amongst other local estate agents.
