Chrystal has devised a personal training programme for me which is helping me to become fitter and stronger. She is professional, friendly and encouraging. Following on from her expert guidance and support I can feel and see a difference! Sessions are always enjoyable with the right level of challenge. We laugh too - very important!

I am so happy that I chose autumn years when looking for a personal trainer. Chrystal has worked wonders for me in the 4 -5 months since we started. I was on the way to total immobility but Chrystal has not only stopped me getting any worse she is now reversing the process and getting my fitness levels back to the best they can be within my limits. What I love mostly is how she increases the exercises without you realising she is doing it. I would recommend Chrystal to anyone, she is fantastic.

I embarked on a fitness course with Chrystal, pft in the Autumn and have enjoyed her visits so much. She has an engaging personality and doesn't expect more from you than you can comfortably achieve. I am 80 years young, have severe scoliosis and was fitted with a spinal stimulator, which wasn't working for me. I was finding movement increasingly difficult. Chrystal provided a course of exercises for me, which l was easily able to perform and gradually over my first six week course, achieved a much increased level of movement restoring my ability to walk further than before and l even found rising from a chair no problem at all. I loved it so much, l signed up for a second six weeks course which has made a remarkable improvement in my ability, so much so that, after a short break, during which l will continue the beneficial exercises, l am hoping that Chrystal will be able to take me for a further course. Chrystal has a wonderful, calm disposition, a brilliant sense of humour and is sympathetic to the individual's pain. She never expects more of you than she knows you are capable of. I would recommend her very, very highly to anyone who needs help with a programme of movement. I look forward to her arrival and discussing my improvements. Please do not hesitate to contact her if you are in pain and especially if your mobility is compromised.

I have been working with Chrys for 11 months to assist with mobility problems resulting from rheumatoid arthritis. In this time, my range of motion and stamina has improved considerably and we are now moving towards trying to effect some weight loss as this will not only help with my condition but will give me more confidence. Chrys listens to my experiences, suggests refinements and motivation strengtheners adjusting our programme as needed. She is very knowledgeable in her specialism and if she is confronted with something new to her will take the time to research it and add it to her understanding which is very helpful. She has a lovely personality and is very flexible. I would recommend her to anyone unsure of how to take up training in their later years, you will not be disappointed.

Chrystal developed a personal training program for me. My key goals were to reduce the risks associated with muscular atrophy & strengthen my ankles. The purpose of this was to help prolong my ability to play five a side football twice a week as I proceed through my fifties. The program reflected my particular requirements extremely well & I'm already feeling the benefits of the program. I also got great support signposting me to a MyFitnessPal App & Health App on my smartphone. These allow me to easily monitor my diet & activity. This helped highlight the fact that my protein intake was low, which in turn was affecting my muscle maintenance, repair & general health.
