Great location close to many beachs and surrounding towns. Beds very comfortable and very nice interior. Majorly let down by the cleanliness and what appears to be lack of maintenance. Under all the furniture and beds is disgusting. Lots of dust, old food and fly/moth bodies. The main bathroom (not en-suite) needs some major TLC. Bath plug closer falling off and handle not attached at all. Nice but needs a bit of TLC in places.
