My first experience yesterday of this salon and it was absolutely excellent. In addition to being one of the best stylists I have encountered, Brigitte is a wonderfully warm & friendly individual making the time spent there one of pure pleasure, and as someone who hates having to go to the hairdresser, this is amazing and brilliant. And, by the way, be prepared to be wowed by the beautiful collection of African masks displayed on the walls.

Not happy here. It looks great from the outside and my wife and I came here to look at wigs. It is COVID safe and due to this, you cannot try on wigs, which I understand. The problem was we got here at 1630 on the 29th of October to be told by the woman there that it was the end of her shift and that the shop was closed (despite Google Maps stating it closes at 1700). I can understand that she wanted to finish early but my wife was set on one particular wig and was not able to make her purchase. While we can return at another time, after this appalling customer service, we will not be spending money here.

Been having my hair done by brigitte for over 20 years, wouldnt use anyone else. Had my hair done at Brigitte coiffure today 3/12/19, very friendly and welcoming as well as professional. Gives great advice and suggestions, let's the client take control and make their own decisions in regards to style and products used. Would highly recommend
I absolutlely love this place!! First visit was great. Very friendly, total confidence, just by the way she spoke to me about the problems i was having with my hair and what i wanted. Brigitte has incredible knowledge of her products and gives great advice. Lovely atmosphere in the salon. It took me many years to find the right person to trust with my hair, and Brigitte is that person.
I have been having extensions with Brigitte for 5 years. She is professional, friendly, & her work is faultless She always listens to exactly what you want & advises when required. I would have given her 10 stars!

My experience was horrendous. Had consultation was given the wrong colour extensions . Did not match my own colour , but was told it would blend . Hair was terrible quality . Tried contacting the owner but was continuously closed . Eventually spoke with her . Refused refund . They were applied to tight , wouldn’t discuss situation and called me a child . I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here if you want descent extensions . I am in process of small claims court as have lots of photos of the terrible job she did .
