I had a bridal appointment a few weeks ago however I wasn't made to feel very comfortable in any of my selections and instead was told to try other styles that would 'suit' my size better. As a medium sized woman wanting a figure hugging dress, I was fitted into plus size dresses that were far too big and unflattering. I luckily found exactly what I wanted elsewhere and it looked amazing, but I left this boutique feeling self conscious.

Fantastic service! Helen was superb. Hired a dinner suit from her and she couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. Best place to hire a suit (DJ, normal Suit or Morning Suit) in Hastings!
I went to shop for my wedding dress and was greeted by two lovely ladies that were more than happy to help me. I had no idea what shape or style would suit me best so we had a few options to try and reverted back to the same dress everytime. Both assistants were very helpful and made phone calls to the designers to find out about certain alterations at my request, which i thought was great service! Thank you for all your help and we'll see you again very soon.x
I had a really lovely experience at Bustles and Bows on Saturday; Helen was more than welcoming, I was very indecisive but never felt rushed or pushed at all and she was really helpful with making suggestions about how each dress could be altered to accommodate what I was looking for. A beautiful boutique (it even smelt amazing!), stunning dresses and it really had such a lovely feel about it. I think I have found my dress.... back in a month or so to make a final decision. I highly recommend a visit to bustles and bows. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Also you don't feel pressurised into make a decision straight away which is really nice. Plus the dresses are beautiful!

Amazing service from Anita, after not having the best experience at Bustles and Bows, Anita went above and beyond to help me get my dream dress. Truly wonderful lady inside and out with a big heart. Shop would not be the same without her. Thank you.
Having had a bad experience at a bridal shop, The ladies at Bustle and Bows were a revelation. They listened to what I wanted, advised gently on what style they felt would suit me and my bridesmaids, and I found 'the one'. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.
