I'm 50, on and off have been a member of gyms but never seemed to stick with it. Younger colleagues told me about Crossfit, i was hesitant to join as I thought id be out of my depth, intimidated. I bit the bullet, my preconceptions couldn't of been further from the truth. Everyone is really helpful, really friendly and welcoming, no one judges you. The coaches are fantastic, the classes are great, really motivational and tweaked to your ability but challenging. Ive been a member for a few weeks now, i feel a difference, people have noticed a difference, strength, weight, look, i feel so much better. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Great box/gym. Everyone welcome, this is a CrossFit gym in oppose to a general fitness gym. Good coaches, nice community.

Don't waste money on a commercial gym... if you want results and an awesome friendly atmosphere this is where it's at! Motivation level 999!

Absolutely loved my experience here. Staff are very helpful, patient but do keep pushing you on. Equipment is great. If not for me moving I would keep going there. Cant think of Any negatives :)

Excellent Gym! Having trained in multiple gyms across the UK, this is by far one of the best places I have trained. Coaches are extremely supportive and informative. One of the nicest communities I'm proud to be a part off.
