I had tried another company before Direct Draincare Services - the first company could not find a problem. On a recommendation from someone else (who couldn’t speak highly enough) Steve came out and had found the problem in 20 minutes. The broken drain was dug out, replaced and made good in no time. Very good value and a totally professional service. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Direct Drains and 'Steve' was on site and on time and within hours of phoning him.He was polite efficient and not only cleared my blocked drain but also flushed it through with the hose pipe several times. He also mananged to suck out stones etc lying in the drain itself which was very dificult to access.. His hourly rate is extremely competitive and reasonable...far below others..A very pleasant Man and highly recommended.
Came today after only calling yesterday with our problem. Turned out sorted out problem and even helped us out with another issue. Was very reasonably priced, would 100% recommend.
Was on-site in minutes and drain blockage was all done within the hour. Steve was knowledgeable and both pleasant and polite. Good value too. We would not hesitate to call him again.

I use Steve at Direct Draincare for any issues that i have relating to the buildings that i manage on behalf of Oakfield PM Ltd, and I wish all of our contractors were as efficient as him. He will not only give a fair and reasonable price for the work, but then he will do the job swiftly and efficiently, and invoice the same day without being chased. Plus his communications are quick and easy. A fantastic contractor, if only they were all as good to deal with as DDS.
