I would like to praise the professionalism from Mr Shinu Varghese, having been in constant pain for the prior 6 weeks and numerous phone consultations with my GP to little effect , I was referred via Secamb to Dover physio due to COVID lockdown issues. I had 6 sessions with Shinu, who from the outset was very supportive, and quickly diagnosed my problem, which after the sessions and Shinu physio and home exercises which Shinu planned for me, my pain went from the worst I have had, to virtually nothing. He was very honest with his assessment telling me it would take time to recover, every session was done professionally but with a light hearted attitude. Great friendly expert advice and a concise exercise plan from Shinu who after only three sessions has reduced my knee pain so that I am able to walk pain free again. I'm still folowing the exercises and recommendations and have been able to slowly start cycling again.
