A snug, independent and lovingly run cinema tucked away a very short walk from the Hastings sea front. Great that such a boutique independent picture house is still running so far outside an extra urban environment. Admittedly this place is stuck in a time warp so please don't come here and judge by modern standards, this is not an IMAX (be warned). Hopefully those who visit will enjoy the fine and nostalgic experience on offer.

Quirky fun cinema that shows old films, new films on second run and foreign films. They have a bar and entry costs are very reasonable. The place to go if you get the opportunity to see a classic film on the big screen when up until now you have only seen it on the tv.
Have only previously visited with organised children's parties but recently watched a film here on a Friday night. This is a great place. A small bar with beer, wine and snacks and a friendly old town atmosphere makes this a place to visit again.
Quirky, small and delightfully different. Will definitely be back. Interesting programme, owned and run for the past 17 years by a couple passionate about film. Highly recommended
A very comfortable bijou chic cinema which I highly recommend for its alternative choice of films shown. One no longer needs to bring a cushion with them due to uncomfortable seats because the Electric Palace has had a total refurbishment with new seating. There is also a great choice of wine to accompany your film. How sophisticated!!
A lovely, cosy step back in time. This is a wonderful little cinema!
Love this place, don't go, I want to keep it the way it is; tiny community run cinema with mainstream and "other" films, interesting, friendly, quirky, awesome, stay away!
A genuine delight. A happy experience.
