Andy and Sean delivered a highly professional yet very friendly ‘down to Earth’ and engaging 16 hour, 2 day, outdoor first aid training course. I hadn't done any first aid training before and thought this course was excellent. It takes a very practical approach with lots of mocked up scenarios where you feel you're learning from experience, not just theoretically. Andy has a very friendly, accessible approach that makes it easy to learn and although it's a very serious subject that he takes very seriously, there's also lots of fun. Highly recommend.

Andy and the teams course's bring first aid to life. Whilst I hope I don't ever need to use the skills I have developed, I feel prepared to deal with a situation if it arises. ELST provide thought provoking scenarios and (Covid safe) 'hands on/visual scenario' experiences during their courses to ensure the theory can be put into practice. Not only the most enjoyable Outdoor First Aid course but also one I have walked away from feeling I am equipped the right skills to deal with any situation that may arise.

An extremely professional and well delivered 16 Hour Emergency First Aid at Work and Outdoor First Aid course delivered in these challenging times! Andy, Tim and Sean are exceptional and extremely passionate about what they do and it shows! Very realistic scenarios for practice. Hopefully I will never have to use it but feel confident of being able to administer emergency First Aid Outdoors now! Can totally recommend these guys - really enjoyed the course.
