TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, you can find the same EXACT products for 1/4 of the price. I ordered BOTH to make sure. Sad thing, the other company is FASTER and their Customer Service actually exists. Having an automated email service isn't customer service. AVOID.
