Evan's EDAS have provided us with 4 call outs now for 4 different appliances over the past 6 years & have managed to fix 3 of the appliances. The one today was uneconomical to fix & we found the guy to be extremely honest on his findings & gave us good advice on things to look out for when buying a new appliance. He could've fixed it & made money but advised that the current problem would be fixed but there were 2 other major problems that would be coming up, given it was a 9 year old machine & we has a great run from it. Very reliable & trustworthy guy & has saved us money when he fixed our other machines. I've given up spending money on extended warranties & just use EDAS to fix our appliances. This is more eco friendly too, rather than buying a new appliance & creating more rubbish, on a planet already overloaded with rubbish. Top notch
I used his services but on the phone said call out with repairs is 45 , only for him to come and diagnosed it as condemned and told me the fault and charge 45 with no repairs. Every one said 25 call out but was carried away when he said 45 for all. Within an hour I realised the same machine is being sold brand new is 100..WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. DON'T EVER USE HIM
