Asked this service to come and do a quick 10 minute job as carpet just needed tacking down slightly in doorway. He said he would be here late morning, after waiting in all day I texted him to see if he was still coming he said no it would have to be in 2 days time. When I replied saying I had waited in all day he responded very rudely!! Very unprofessional, do not recommend at all! Poor service and extremely rude to deal with. Save your time and go else where!

Tried to get a quote for Carpet fitting only. Terrible phone manner. Came across rude and argumentative.
I very recently decided upon asking Kevin to do some fitting for me. My decision was entirely based upon his glowing testimonials. Suffice to say that having done precisely what I wanted, in a friendly, efficient, reliable, prompt and professional manner, I am so impressed that I feel compelled to add my review to those made by previous satisfied customers. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and would not hesitate to use his services again.
I needed a carpet installation, in an empty flat, during the Covid 19 lockdown as the origianally booked fitter was furloughed. Kevin demanded an additional 75 on top of the original fitters price to do the work. He was then unable to complete the fitting as he said the carpet supplied to do the hall was too small even though there were several large pieces left over. The origianl fitter has now come back and fitted the carpet in the hall using one of the large pieces that were left over !! Unfortunatly this fitter not only took advantange of the lockdown situation he was also unable to workout how to fit the hall carpet.
Excellent fitting and amazing price! Quality fitter and attended my property very last minute! Very happy with the work!
