Took my T5 VW Transporter in for MOT if failed on a rear brake, I asked them to repair it and left the Van. On my return to home, I got a call from them saying the only lift they could use to lift the Van was the MOT lift and that was booked up for some time so I returned to collect the van. On the collection of the than they said a retest was no problem for booking in as it was not a complete test. I took the van else where they did the repair in 2 days. I phoned Formula One to book a retest which they said they could do in 3 days’ time. So a job that could have been very straight forward was made difficult complicated by this garage so I will not be using them again

Had an excellent experience here. Booked my car in for MOT online, which was super easy! The price was very reasonable and, at the time I booked, there was a free winter check and wheel alignment with my MOT. Dropped my car off 15 minutes before my slot and handed my keys over at the office. The office was very clean and tidy, looked very professional. All staff were endearing to Covid guidelines and wearing masks. I was spoken to politely and professionally and my questions where answered clearly and factually, I wasn't spoken to any different because I'm female! Within 2 hours of dropping my car off I was called and given feedback from my MOT. Collected my car with no hassle, keys and paperwork was handed over with things explained when I asked and my car was clean and exactly as I left it! They hadn't moved the seat and had put a protective cover on the floor. Can't fault them in any way! Will definately be taking my car there from now on.
