I was looking for a new flat in Hastings and Holly was the most amazing estate agent I've encountered in my life. She was proactive and suggested viewings for properties matching my requests. The first flat I viewed with her was perfect and I was moved in within a week and a half. Everything was done quickly and professionally - I can't thank her enough. She also recommended the best gas/electric provider and places to get appliances which she didn't have to do. She made my experience of moving so much better - I would definitely use fox and sons again and I would recommend to everyone!

I have been very pleased with Fox and Sons, they sold my house within three weeks. Callum and Charlie who visited me to discuss the selling of my home were very polite and helpful and have made the sale easier. Eddie Freeman who I have been ringing up for help with the paperwork has been amazing, patient and very helpful, she has been keeping me informed how the sale has been progressing and has helped me throughout. Eadie has reduced the stress of those selling for me. This is the second time I've used Fox and Sons for the sale of a property and have been very happy with the service.
