If I could give them zero stars, I would. I stopped in and asked for a quote to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. They quoted me 30 a tire with new valve stems. So I had them do the work, and when I went to pay it was 85! I asked why and they charged me 34 a tire, plus miscellaneous shop fees. I've done business with them for years, both personally and commercially. Never again.

So I went into a different place for a oil change they offered free tire rotation and while doing that they said they noticed my brakes were worn down to the metal and said they would fall apart on me if I didn't get that repaired ASAP. Because I was low on money at that time I said I'd bring it back but I wanted to get a second opinion that's when I brought my truck into Garrett tires couple days later about 20 minutes after dropping my truck off at Garrett they called me and said they didn't feel comfortable changing my brakes when they didn't need to be replaced I was shocked at their honesty and disgusted by the other place that try to take my money. So Garrett tires is the only place I will take my vehicle from here on.They are honest, fast,reliable ,and professional
Had a very specific tire that we needed for an old container chassis, they were the only ones within 100 miles that had them, and they were very helpful in getting them changed and the driver on his way. Very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommended!
After 4 years I decided to change the tires on my boat trailer the tires didn't even have 200 miles on them and I was leaving Hastings going to Kearney hadn't even got up to 45 miles an hour and the tire shredded. I bought those tires brand new in April and the boss's son evaluated the tire and said something punctured the sidewall which could of happened but I have never seen a tire fall apart like that ever,a week later coming back from Kearney the other Tire lost all the tread off of it but it was still aired up, the excuse that I got was that the tire heated up and air got underneath the tread and blew it off,I have always check air pressure before I take anything anywhere and never had any problems with my other tires for 4 years, they did replace the one tire for free but charge me for the other which they should have made it right and replace both of them I will never do business with Garrett ever and recommend that nobody else does either
