I would like to thank everyone at Hastings Chrysler Center for their superior service. This past week our family purchased a used vehicle from their dealership and Anthony provided such stellar customer service and genuine kindness it was an enjoyable experience. The entire family was involved and welcome! Also, special thanks to John who wrapped up our purchase in a timely, efficient and professional manner!! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great car at a great price. Shawn did a phenomenal job finding me a beautiful car that I absolutely love. I'm extremely indecisive and had to take it on 4 different consecutive test drives; Shawn was very patient with me, which I had not expected. He was very truthful with what he thought would be a good fit for me and very up front with what he thought wouldn't be. My parents have purchased Jeeps from this location for several years and that is why I initially had to check it out- they recommend these guys too! While waiting for my car to be buffed and cleaned, Shawn personally took my moms Jeep (parked out front) through the car wash, completely complimentary. Again, I highly recommend this place!

Looking for a car is a process and I’ve tried many other dealerships with no luck or just received bad service. This dealership however was amazing right off the bat, especially Steve K who was a HUGE help when it came to the overall process of finding and financing a vehicle. On top of that he was only focused on what I wanted and needed rather than just making a sale. The overall environment was welcoming and everyone that worked here seemed eager to make sure customers were well taken care of. On top of that they have the best free popcorn you’ll ever have! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get actually taken care of and not made to feel like there’s no chance you can get a vehicle. Here they will have your back and make sure you get the vehicle you deserve. I never thought I would be approved for or have the vehicle I have now (2016 Dodge Dart) and I couldn’t be happier.
