The sign of a GREAT motorcycle shop is their customer service. These guys bent over backwards to deliver the bike I bought from them, on the day I needed it. When it was delivered there was a minor problem.(flat battery, which would not hold a charge). Before I had even got home that day, they had sorted out a brand new battery which was waiting for me when i did get in. The bike itself was exactly as described and their honesty is sooo refreshing. I am absolutely over the moon with the bike and Hastings Motorcycles commitment to make the customer feel valued and to be treated like a friend. Ordered my Yzf r125 abs 2018 in red from Hastings Motorcycle Centre. If you need to buy a Motorcycle Carl Oakley is your guy he did an amazing job taking care of my paper work. And Joe the delivery guy came to my house early i was surprised didnt expect it to be early. Fantastic service

Just bought a Honda Lead from the guys at Hastings Motorcycle centre. I wanted the machine very much, but was in Spain at the time and unable to travel back to UK for about 5 weeks. They kept it for me with a very small deposit. When i went to collect it , it was all ready for me. Serviced and new MoT and brake fluid change as i requested. Billy and Carl were both extremely helpful in every way and did everything properly. The scooter even came with a full tank of fuel which was a nice surprise, thanks guys. Would highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity. Great people to do business with. Highly recommended.
