Helenswood sports centre is a friendly centre the staff are very helpful and welcoming. There are alot of fitness equipment to choose from and advice if you need it.

Gets a bit too crowded around 17h00 but that's expected. Pleasant atmosphere and has all the essentials.
Great for sports, go here for table tennis
Not the best experience but it's better than any other gym in hastings

Been here twice for my sons karate grading
few people young and old not wiping equipment after use.there is enough wipes sprays around to do it.just lazy gym users
Got my time slot and went for it as missed the training, as a bonus I had extra time as the gym was not that busy at that point ! Very friendly and professional staff greeting you with a smile.
