Thank you to everyone at Hinkleys who went above and beyond to help myself and my family at a very sad time in our lives. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they treated us with dignity and respect. From the first conversation with Suzanne, right through to the funeral itself they were so helpful. They ensured that my beloved wife's funeral went just how iwould have wanted it to be.

Even though making arrangements when you’ve lost a loved one is just not what you want to talk about or do, I have to say that the staff particularly Debbie Cutting at the Hastings office, was totally empathetic, understanding and professional with me and my family. Everything I asked for was not a problem, was made available and arranged. I was kept updated throughout and on the day of the funeral, the staff who attended were respectful, dignified and above all kind friendly and understanding.
