I'VE USED THIS CAR WASH FOR SOME YEARS .NOW, USING COVID AS AN EXCUSE FOR NOT JET WASHING THE WHEELS AND UNDERSIDES FRONT & BACK IS UNACCEPTABLE. HOW CAN COVID BE A CONCERN WHEN WE ARE INSIDE THE CAR WITH ALL WINDOWS CLOSED? DESPITE PAYING 13.50 MY CAR REMAINS UNCLEAN COMPARED WITH PREVIOUS FINISHES. THERE IS SOME CONCERN LOCALLY THAT THIS IS SLEIGHT OF HAND - WE DESERVE BETTER FOR OUR LOYALTY FRANKLY.

It's a decent wash, but I only wanted a basic 3 wash. When I asked for that, they only allowed me to buy a 6 wash. If they did as asked, without forcing me to increase my wash value for no reason, the stars would've been higher. I have now dropped this to 2 stars as the company replied to this review, indicating that they were going to be of some help or use and possibly \try to make it right\. That post was clearly put there to appear as if they care to other readers. This company really couldn't care any less if they tried. All they did was try to poorly justify why when I asked for a 3 wash, the attendant would only let me but a 6 wash on a relatively clean, sign written car. Fraudulent scammers, so beware.
Paid 5.50 (wash 2) No wash down beforehand, no wheel treatment. What I had in the end was a basic wash. Have always used this car wash due to how well the car usually comes out. but today my car left looking worse then when it went in. Had to go home and do it again if covid is the case they shouldn't be taking full price for the services they arent including!!!!
We paid for the 10 Tyre Care wash. We were told that there would be no pre-wash and went straight into the Car Wash. This normally takes a bit longer than the lower priced more basic washes yet we were through it as quick as the most basic wash. We felt that we had been conned as we have used both the Hastings and Eastbourne car washes before and had good service.
I use the 6.50p wash as it give your cars underneath a good clean especially if the roads have been gritted
