Shocking website, you put some thing in your basket so you can carry on searching for anything else you would like to purchase. You get to the checkout to be told the stuff in your basket is now out of stock! I finally managed to purchase 3 items and got email confirmation. The next day I get an email to say the items I purchased yesterday are now out of stock even though I've already paid for them!

Unless you purchase directly from shop, forget it. Next day delivery took 10 days, when unavailable in store. An online order is still outstanding 17 days later & customer services (contradiction in terms) keep telling me it has been delivered, however that’s the next day order ....... pay no attention to order numbers obviously. Beyond ridiculous.... holding on tight to my money.
