I've been a member for over 2 years l love coming here. It's great for spa parties and massages...hot yoga... totally wonderful tan, glow & renew ! Worth the visit.

Wonderful customer service! Very friendly staff. I use the red light for my eczema. Much improved, by the way!!! I love the massage chairs and red light facials also!
I've been having a great time going here! I wanted to do some teeth whitening before my wedding, but when I found out about the red light therapy I had to try it. It's amazing! It makes me feel great and makes my skin look so nice. Im loving my whiter smile! I love the massage chair with the teeth whitening.
I am giving them a one, not based on services they offer but due to the customer service I have received after I canceled my membership. When I had a membership there I felt the services were good and 90% of the time the staff were friendly and helpful. The minute I canceled my membership, though, customer service went out the door. I fulfilled the terms of my membership and even paid a ridiculous 100 cancellation fee and didn't complain about it. They ended up taking an extra membership fee out even after the last payment was supposed to have been made. I called them FOUR times to fix it and talked to at least THREE different people. I asked them to reverse the extra fee and put my money back in my account. I was told it was indeed a discrepancy and they would fix it . A least 3 weeks later it still has not been taken care of. I'm disappointed and disgusted. I consider myself a nice, patient person but this has not been a good experience and I will never give them my business again.
Do not work here!! If you quit they will stop at NOTHING to destroy your life! Including lying and refusing to back up anything or even explain herself. They will speak bad on your name weather your a client or employee or past employee. Heather, the owner is the main one to do it. Nice to your face and then talk bad about you when your back is turned. Ridiculous ! I regret ever working for this company.
the spa services are amazing, beds are nice, staff is great, awesome value. they have fuzzy robes and it's like being in a real spa. Love this place!
Not only did I break out in massive hives from their sun beds, but they forced me into an extra two months of contract-- despite the issue not being a choice, but a health hazard... can they care about their clients any less? The store owner said I can keep my 4 extra services per month (total of 10) to use for spray tan, she ever told me about extra fees later down the road, so I need to spend an extra 100 on top of the few hundred she roped me in for despite health hazards. Once I decided to use the spray tan I tried asking her questions about the tone of skin vs. the level of tan... she started telling me how to maintain it, I said I am well aware of how to maintain but I want to know a general gist of tone vs. level I even said "you see hundreds of people through your doors getting various shades, you should have a general concept of what results people should have-- and you haven't once answered the question I've been asking for an hour now." she said "omg I'm not doing this." And hung up. Obviously if she doesn't know an answer she should take it out on her clients, she should be able to tell them straight up "you know, I'm not sure-- I'm going to look a little into this and see if I can get an answer." Then use her references before telling someone what shade to just use and/or hanging up on them. Legit... my sprat tan hardly even looks like a tan, but maybe I should have known that when I walked into a tanning salon and saw a very pale woman behind the counter who couldn't answer any of my questions... oops, silly me!
Great place to relax and unwind. Services are really cool! Very convenient location...
