I have used Luke of Live-well personal Training for years. A really helpful trainer who is always ready with helpful tips and advice to reach desired goals. Currently use him for training and advice for keeping healthy but in the past he has helped me prepare for endurance events like Tough mudder obstacle courses. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone and have done so.

I have used personal trainers over the past few years mainly in a gym setting. I can honestly say that Luke is in a class of his own!!!! . Right from the first session I felt confident that Luke had listen and understood what I wanted to achieve from the sessions ( unlike other PTs that seem to just have their own agenda). Every session is different and I am achieving things I would have never tried before, every exercise is demonstrated and talked through and Luke constantly motivates to achieve your absolute best. I would strongly recommend .
An outstanding PT for all ages. Having trained as a yoga teacher, I wanted to find someone that was on the same page as me when it came to my training, with a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I was not disappointed!!! Luke understands the important balance I want to achieve between improving my cardiovascular fitness whilst also building strength, stability and flexibility. He makes every session fun and different yet never compromises on safety - good alignment is key. Luke places emphasis on protecting vulnerable areas and joints whilst also working to improve range of motion in those areas. He created a programme bespoke for my body and personal goals and I have seen incredible results since working with him. I’ve had many PT’s and Luke is by far the best. 100% recommend!
