After 56 phone calls to see if my parents prescription is ready to be collected and no one answering, it looks like it will be a drive from London to che ck. My parents are severely disabled and have copd and are unable to leave the house due to covid-19. Wouldn't be so bad, the staff in there are incredibly rude when you do go in there. The young staff are lovely. One older staff in particular need to learn manners. She needs to change jobs, caring is not her speciality .
The staff like to get away very very sharp at closing time. Well, so sharp that the lights are out and it is closed several minutes early. You should not rely on its times. I sincerely hope they are as keen on opening at the start of the day as they are at the end!

Openly discussing people's prescriptions in ear shot of other customers with an absolute disregard for people's privacy. Bar far the slowest service in the history of retail.
