After suffering from sciatic back pains for 18 months and being told unhelpfully by doctor's to stop all activity until the pain stopped (which I did for over 2 months with no effect) I went to Muscle Moves in an attempt to at least relieve some of it and after just 35 minutes I was completely pain free and able to move without any discomfort. The therapy was easy going and I couldn't recommend him more.
