Recently purchased my phone from here. My note 9. Also for my partner too! Great service. Service with a smile! So quick and easy got me sat down to a member of staff and setted me up a contract within minutes! Was soo chuffed! Love it. Also, my contract is so great. The internet speeding is great! Worth the money im currently paying monthly. Fair company to me. No problems what so ever. I transfered from another phone company as they are a major let down. Coming over to 02 was such a relief for me! Especially in the long run. Couldn't recommend anyone better! 5 from me.

Very helpful staff. They helped me find a phone for my mother who is a bit of a technophobe! They were very patient and kind and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary products or packages. They had a good range of products in store to suit different budgets and the store was clean, light and airy. The shop is accessible for people with pushchairs and wheelchairs.

I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. The unbelievably helpful young lady with the red hair and amazing long nails could not have been more helpful. Funny smiley and polite. I have a complicated account with multiple numbers and she was all over it like a rash. Just brilliant. I couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t what you’re paying her but it’s not enough.
