Can't believe how incredibly efficient, professional and lovely Scott has been in selling my flat. Adam was also fantastic getting the ball rolling, and then Scott has been a total pro, overseeing the flat going on the market to accepting a really good offer in a matter of a few days. He managed a high number of virtual viewings and was covid aware, sensitive to my tenant's wishes, and respected my wish to sell to someone really decent as well as meeting the asking price, as I have lovely neighbours! Scott got a fair but great price, in a win:win way, so everyone is happy. The online process worked incredibly smoothly, and he has been nothing but calm, thorough and a joy to do business with.

Katie Matthews was my first contact person with Oakfield Hastings. She had a real task on her hands as I was looking for a property that would allow me to keep my 13 year old Yorkshire Terrier. Katie worked hard to convince the landlord to accept my pet, despite him being insistent that pets were not allowed. In the run up to moving in Katie was in contact with me every day. sometimes several times a day, helping me to sort everything out and talking me through any technical difficulties with filling out all the online paperwork. She has continued to be at the end of the phone-line whenever I have had any difficulties and has gone above board to sort them out. Glenn Taylor came out to my property the first night I had moved in, as I had difficulty in getting the heating to work. He did this on his way home. It was after 7pm in the evening yet he put aside his personal time to make sure I had heating on such a cold night. Yesterday I managed to get locked out the flat when the wind blew the door shut behind me. It was very embarrassing as I was out in the front garden in my pyjamas! I immediately thought of Katie and sure enough she sent Glenn to my rescue once more. He arrived in a jiffy and saved me from any further embarrassment. I would also like to thank Emma Storey who stood in when neither Katie nor Glenn were around to sort out any emergency maintenance. Hastings branch are ambassadors in my opinion for excellent team work. All working together to make sure things run as smoothly as possible for the tenant.

The Oakfield process is highly professional and they have adapted really well to the Covid factor, properly protecting everyone involved in the process. I contacted Oakfield as a was looking to rent a 2 bed property in the Hastings area. Lauren suggested a couple of properties that were available and responded promptly to my questions via email. When a property that fitted my criteria became available late on Friday Lauren exceeded my expectations by responding to my emails on Saturday and Sunday which allowed me to secure the property first thing Monday morning. Thanks again Lauren.
