Not very helpful as i tried to return a item and needed a lable which it states on there website that they do to be told its the QR code they print very misleading and when i asked if i could do it a different way like simply write the address down and pay that way they said no. Very disappointing

Avoid using this corner shop for Amazon collections or Local Collect orders. This corner shop makes up its own rules on acceptable id for collecting packages. Every other post office accepts id from the Post Office official id list including debit/credit cards and official address id. Instead here they only take passports and driving licences with photos. Both Amazon and Post Office customer services say this shop is going against their rules. Total waste of my time as I don’t have any photo id available so have to wait for several weeks for the packages to be returned to Amazon for a refund.
