My husband is diabetic and he is seen regularly by nurse Chris who is supportive and helpful with his condition. Two weeks ago he suffered with leg sores and is being seen by nurse Fiona twice a week and his legs are improving you cannot fault the attention he has received by the nurses especially in these very difficult circumstances. Their care is professional and well beyond any other we have experienced.

Phoned today for an appointment and was held in a queue of 8 for about 20-30 minutes. When answered, I spoke to a very polite and efficient lady who asked me some triage questions and sent me a link to provide additional information. I provided the information and was called back about an hour later by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who asked follow up questions and was able to provide me with a prescription and put into place a plan for some follow up tests to diagnose the issue I have. I understand that the negative reviews are about others personal experiences, but mine was actually very positive. I think we need to understand the pressures the system is under and that this is a bit of a new way of managing the workload, but I think if you are prepared to be patient and work with the practice they will try to help you as best they can.
i asked to get an appointment with a lady doctor as I'll be more comfortable and they said it's fine but at the appointment there was a male doctor and i can't get why every time i have to see a different doctor can't i just have one? and also appointment it should be for another day as well but no u can get the appointment only for the same day. wt if m working, i can't just leave my work place and come to sèe the doctor everytime i need it. the system is really bad
The staff are the only thing that does this place credit. Oversubscribed and probably lacking in funding the service and wait times are terrible.
Having a telephone queue of 20 patients at 10 is just not acceptable ,are people genuinely expected to wait over 30min just to get to the operator ,worse service so far .
