Terrible patient care. Awful assisstance. Rude receptionist. Never answers phone until no appointments and i ring from 8am. Given false information from a receptionist.

very poor patient care. phones off all weekend. results to test and medical advice given by receptionist. message left for me to ring surgery but can not ring as phones off.

Well, now we know hey ? Dr Titus Bradley, found dead in the tin - pot country he fled to, along with his fiddling Hungarian girlfriend, both fiddled the NHS books. All VERY squalid and now, the NHS is missing 400,000 of taxpayers money. Time to look for a new surgery, methinks. The way Dr Mir, his predecessor at the old Cornwallis Surgery, was airbrushed away doesn't do much for patients trust either.
