I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriend, for the last 4 weeks she has been in pain thanks to this dental practice, neither one of the dentist know what the hell they are doing! I would prefer to go and see the dentist from THE LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS as he will be far better and do a better job than these two combined, the male dentist is just rude and doesn't care what is wrong with you but will charge you for the pleasure, the female dentist is more understanding bit just as useless, my kids could do a better job using my DeWalt drill and a pair of plyers, if you like your teeth I would use another dentist.
David Stevens. I have been using this dental surgery for more than a decade. I am always treated with respect as a non fee paying patient. I am a full time carer to my wife. The treatment is always first class. The dentist and his staff are friendly and professional in their approach. I have just had a molar extraction during this pandemic (August 2020). All safety measures observed. I can't praise them enough.
I visited this dentist roughly 2 years ago, I had two fillings with the male Dentist. All was fine, a very pain free, easy going procedure and the Dentist and Dental Assistant made me feel very comfortable. About a week after I felt quite a fair bit of sensitivity in both fillings so went back. This time with a female Dentist, she told me they are perfectly fine and sent me on my way. A year ago my tooth with the filling broke, literally half my tooth broke off. I live in Birmingham now so went to a Dentist in Birmingham. My new Dentist told me I will need a crown and my previous Dentist filled both teeth to an unnecessary amount and have left very little tooth surrounding the filling, which over time has made my teeth with the fillings brittle and weak. My new Dentist added this will most likely happen to my second filling too. So I waited until my second tooth broke (this took 6 months from my first tooth breaking) to get the crown, as we all know its an expensive bit of work. I am so unhappy the Dentists at Priory Road have failed me. I take so much pride in my teeth and my first two fillings ever needed were a complete botch job. I would suggest going elsewhere for fillings that are a little larger than usual - this has caused me a lot of upset and stress and to top it off now 270 down through no fault of my own.
I have had a dentist phobia since a child. I found this practice 15 years ago and never had a bad experience. Azar is brilliant, she always makes me feel reasurred before starting anything. All staff are friendly and always fit you in if you have an emergency
