Came in to get a flat repair on one of my tires. Sat here for an hour and then finally someone comes to tell me that they can’t get my tire off the wheel, I get that they are low profile but come on really? You’re a tire and auto center you should be able to get a tire off the rim this is not the first time tires have come off the wheel so obviously it’s possible. They said they will try again after I told them that it can definitely be done and I’m sitting here an hour later and still nothing 2 and a half hours and I’m still waiting for 1 tire to be repaired. This is unacceptable. I will not be come here again
