Prices are good but the women that work here need training how to be nice human beings. Every time I go here, the women have snappy, rude comments, sometimes even to my children! One lady made my son empty his pockets because his hands were in his jeans and he looked “guilty” when he had nothing in his pockets and he’s Autistic. He was horrified. She made the comment “well he’ll probably take something next time.” I was appalled! My daughter came in once to look at books and another lady said “you’re too old to be reading a book like that” when she picked out a book that was *actually* grade appropriate. I used my husbands card and they refused to credit me the 5 reward stamp they do, when I asked to change my payment to my own credit card, she said I would have to get a whole new card because my husband could now only use my old one. I showed my ID and she refused to change payment methods or credit my reward card. They often snap at each other too, making fun of each other right in front of the customers! Everyone is in their 50’s or older, and there is no excuse for the rudeness to carry over the community members trying to support local by shopping second hand here. It’s shocking to see the behavior from these women. Twice I have seen them badger single moms saying “they don’t really need the vouchers, probably trying to just get the nice stuff to resell” and flat out refused to take ones vouchers!! Someone needs to intervene!

I LOVE this thrift store. I love the fact that they help the less fortunate. The thrift store has very fair prices. The ladies are very friendly and have some of the best customer service around. Oh, they also have some tasty coffee and treats.

This was my first time in this store and I was impressed with the selection and prices. The only thing bad about it is the sign on the door stating the hours they are open. I was there on a Thursday and the sign said they are open until 5:00 pm. At 20 minutes to 5:00 employees were telling me that I had to make my purchase. I stated that the sign on the outside said they were open until 5:00 pm. One lady stated that employees have to have the till counted and they have to be out the door by 5:00 pm. So if you have to close the till at 4:40 pm then you are not open until 5:00 pm. Another woman told me that they have to do what they are told to do. If a store says they are open until 5:00 pm they should be open until 5:00 pm.
