We have been using Salon Services for many years & we have always been very happy with the service. Today however I am not happy as the closing time on the Salon Services Google business page says it closes at 3pm on a Saturday but on the door it says 2.30pm! I tried to enter at exactly 2.30pm. The staff were very passive aggressive & told me through the glass window they close at 2.30pm, I said on Google you advertise that you close (soon 3pm) I even showed the proof on my phone. The lady said in a sarcastic voice thank you for your feedback we will get it changed, what I expected her to say was I'm very sorry for that error & maybe even allow me in to purchase the items I needed urgently for my Salon! I feel very disappointed in the lack of an apology, to be honest I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. Such a shame when I usually leave Salon Services feeling very happy with the service & products.
