Usually be 5 stars i only use shell petrol, but at this rate I maybe looking else where after the rude staff member spoke to me tonight. I filled my car as normal went to the kiosk with parcels and by time he stopped mumbling after fuel said I can't leave the parcels here. It was 19 mins over. Asked to speak to manger went back and forth forth still didn't get an answer ended up lugging parcels back. I've always dropped off at this time never any issues but sanjeevan wouldn't taken any. Not impressed with the service. I think ill buy else where from now on

Helpful, friendly staff and a well stocked shop. Anywhere that can sell me a packet of Lemon Puff biscuits for a 1 gets return visits from me. Don't forget to download the Shell app for occasional money off your petrol.
